Implementation

All levels of management are responsible for ensuring that personnel decisions are based on valid factors and are in accordance with the principles of equal employment opportunity. The Affirmative Action Officer, Director, Human Resources, will have overall responsibility for the development and implementation of our Affirmative Action Program. With the cooperation and assistance of appropriate staff and operating personnel, the Affirmative Action Officer will direct periodic surveys and reviews to determine our results on achieving equal employment opportunity pursuant to our Affirmative Action Program.
