Integral Energy distributes and retails electricity and services to 2.1 million people. The company is increasingly operating outside of New South Wales, with the introduction of full retail contestability in other states. In addition to electricity retailing, Integral Energy also owns an electricity distribution network spanning 24,500 square kilometres in Greater Western Sydney, the Illawarra, and the Southern Highlands.
