IKS/Ventyx Integration Information
As announced, Ventyx, an ABB Company acquired Insert Key Solutions (IKS) in December 2010. As part of the integration of Insert Key Solutions within Ventyx, the IKS products will be grouped into families, or suites. The products you have successfully worked with will retain their same names, functionality, and technology, and will still be delivered as separate products. However, we are grouping them into suites to aid in navigating the client portal in SalesForce.com.
We will be holding live training sessions for customers in the coming weeks on how to use SalesForce.com to report issues, research items, and utilize some of the other powerful functions. In addition there will be a taped training session and a user guide available. Look for more information in the coming days.
