All of the following policies are set by Rosen Shingle Creek, not Ventyx. Ventyx is not liable to attendees for any costs, fees, expenses, damages or other liability relating to hotel policies.

A credit card is required for all hotel reservations. Three days (3) prior to arrival, a one night's room and tax authorization will be processed on your credit/debit card. Please be aware that an authorization on a debit card will reduce the funds available in your bank account at that time.

Cancel: Three (3) days prior to arrival / by 5:00PM/EST or your credit/debit card will be charged 1 night's room/tax. Do not call the hotel directly. Please go to your "update link" on your confirmation email to cancel your reservation.

Early Departure: If hotel is not advised by check-in of new departure date, there will be a $55.00 fee.

No-show: 1 night's room & tax will be charged to credit/debit card used for guarantee.

Check-in time is 3:00PM Check-out time is 11:00AM.

Hotel guarantee
A credit card will be required to guarantee the hotel room reservation. The hotel accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. When checking in at Rosen Shingle Creek, you may present another credit card to pay for your entire hotel stay. However, if your room and tax are to remain on the credit card that was used as a guarantee, you must have this card in your possession when you check in.

Room availability
We can guarantee rooms until April 12th. After this date, rooms will be confirmed on a space and rate available basis.

Parking: Self-parking is complimentary over the dates of Mindshare 2012 (normally $12.00/day). Valet parking is $18.00 day.
