Mears Motor Shuttle is pleased to provide a shared ride van shuttle service from the Orlando International Airport to local hotels. Shuttles leave from Level One at Orlando International Airport continuously. Wait time is to be expected (typically 30-40 minutes) and those times will vary based on date, time of day and business volume. Up to four hotels can be in a transfer zone. For return transfers, guests simply call Mears at least 24 hours prior to their flight's departure time to make a reservation. The pick-up time will be scheduled based upon seating availability and flight departure time. The departure pick-up window is at least 2 1/2 to 3 hours prior to flight time.

To purchase online, use the link at the bottom of this document and input priority code 415074056. All passengers, even those who purchased their tickets online, must stop by the Mears Motor Shuttle counter to learn the next departure time before proceeding to the shuttle loading area.

Adult (age 12 and older)	$30.00 - $4.00 discount = $26.00 per adult
Child(ages 4-11)	$24.00 - $4.00 discount = $20.00 per child

• If purchasing your transfer at the airport, a printed copy of this coupon must be presented at the Mears Shuttle Desk upon check-in. Displaying the coupon on a laptop or smart phone will not be accepted.
• Wait time is to be expected (typically 30-40 minutes) and those times will vary based on date, time of day and business volume.
• Driver gratuity is not included.
• This shuttle payment option is offered on round-trip transfers only.
• Children under age 3 are free regardless of whether a car seat is used or not.
• Wait times at the airport cannot be guaranteed due to varying security measures and traffic.
• The required arrival time at the airport is two hours prior for domestic flights and three hours prior for international flights. Actual pick-up times will be based on the hotel pick-up schedule that will work best for the guests, ensuring they arrive within the required times.
• The following rules apply to all commercial ground transportation providers at Orlando International Airport:
  
  • All vehicles entering the commercial lanes are subject to being searched.
  • Gate meets are prohibited.
• Orlando International Airport Security does not change its search procedure to accommodate flight departures. These policies can change at any time. Mears will not be liable for any hotel accommodations and/or tickets if a flight is missed due to security checks.
